SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing receipt components; cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding preliminarily prepared turkey meat in grinder; cutting preliminarily prepared bulb onion and white roots and blanching and grinding in grinder; blanching preliminarily prepared carrot and grinding in grinder; freezing preliminarily prepared parsley greens and green pea grains, said freezing process being preliminarily carried out in slow manner, and grinding in grinder; slightly frying preliminarily prepared wheat flour in melted butter; mixing said components with sour cream, bone soup, dry white wine, edible salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet, black bitter pepper, and laurel leaf; packaging resulted mixture in aluminum tubes, pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: wider range of novel canned food having increased digestibility.
