SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing receipt components; cutting potato, turnip and bulb onion, blanching and grinding; blanching and grinding preliminarily prepared carrot; cutting fresh cabbage and sugar pea, freezing and grinding; cooking preliminarily prepared beans until their mass is increased by 150% and grinding; cutting and grinding hog products; mixing above components with bone soup and edible salt; packaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing for obtaining of base product.
EFFECT: improved digestion of resultant canned food as compared to similar culinary dish.
