SUBSTANCE: in case of hypertension after ocular depressurization it is necessary to fulfill a dosed removal of vitreous body (VB) with the help of vitreotome without irrigation till the shift of iridolenticular diaphragm into initial position. The innovation provides the chance for carrying operations in patients at high risk of anesthesiological assistance by general state at minimal risk of affecting the tissues of iridolenticular diaphragm, transplant's endothelium and VB fallout through the pupil.
