SUBSTANCE: exerciser-balancing apparatus has seat mounted on legs by means of base and spherical support for binding thereof. Legs are made in the form of at least two arcuate members connected at their front ends with one another at an angle of from 45 deg to 90 deg. Base is equipped with detachable back formed as ring or ellipse. Seat inclination restricting device may be formed as threaded system consisting of threaded bushing, spherical support holder, and nut mounted on bushing. Threaded bushing-spherical support holder is rigidly fixed on base. Base is equipped with attachment members such as legs. Seat may be made detachable as individual module for independent usage.
