FIELD: sports exercise devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports exercise devices, sports equipment, can also be used in therapeutic exercises by users of any age. Exercise device can be used for training dexterity, coordination of body movements in active and passive modes of formation of neuromuscular connections and reflexes for optimization of biomechanical balance of an organism. Exercise device-balancer, including support-seat, base and located between them mechanism for changing angle of seat inclination relative to vertical axis, at that, the seat inclination angle changing mechanism is made in the form of two separate contacting elements: the first of which is made in the form of a pyramid or a cone rigidly fixed in the centre of the seat support, and the second is made with a concave surface, for installation of the top of the first element, and is mounted on the base.

EFFECT: creation of an inexpensive simulator, which is easy to manufacture and use, with increased sensitivity and accuracy of balance adjustment during formation of correct posture.
