FIELD: sportive equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sportive foot exerciser has guiding bar, weight part put on guiding rod for displacement along it and spring-loaded in opposite and longitudinal directions relative to guiding bar. Exerciser is further provided with two handles. Guiding bar is fixed in horizontal position within lower part of pendulum whose upper part is pivotally secured on two columns. Handles are mounted by means of telescopic tie-rods at base of each column. Exercising effect of apparatus is created by influence of vibration force generated by said exerciser upon individual's biomechanical system.
EFFECT: wider range of sportive exercisers and increased exercising efficiency.
