FIELD: sportive equipment.

SUBSTANCE: sportive exerciser has guiding bar and weight member which is put onto guiding bar for displacement along it and spring-loaded in opposite and longitudinal directions relative to guiding bar. Guiding bar is fixed in vertical position under central part of spring-loaded horizontal platform furnished with rods rigidly connected thereto and placed within vertical guiding tubular columns. Exercising effect of said sportive exerciser is provided by influence of vibration force generated by exerciser upon individual's biomechanical system.
