FIELD: abrasive processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in production of abrasive polishing tools based on elastomer compositions used in polishing technical metal articles. Composition of the elastomeric binder for abrasive polishing tools based on butadiene-nitrile rubber contains the following process additives per 100 wt.pts. rubber: 40 wt.pts. polymer antiaging dispersion “ПД-1”, 6 wt.pts. dyspractol “КС-БП”, 10 wt.pts. sulphur, 3 wt.pts. captax, 30 wt.pts. zinc oxide, 80 wt.pts. abrasive material, 10 wt.pts. resin “АГ-666” and 10 wt.pts. pulverbakelite and 16 wt.pts. polymer composition with said ratio of components.
EFFECT: increasing the wear resistance of polymer polishing tools.
