FIELD: carbon materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing nanostructures and can be used in autonomous hydrogen storage systems. Invention consists in that nanotubes are obtained in closed space under inert gas atmosphere by keeping graphite for 2-3 h in zinc sulfide vapors at 1700-1770°C. Diameter of thus prepared nanotubes is 10-20 nm.
EFFECT: optimized preparation conditions.
