SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains the following constituents, mass-%: carbon, 0.1-0.2; silicon, 0.04-0.08; manganese, 0.3-0.5; titanium, 0.1-0.3; vanadium, 0.15-0.45; cerium, 0.06-0.1; magnesium, 0.03-0.08; cobalt, 3.0-4.0; molybdenum, 0.5-1.0; the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: enhanced resistance to brittle fracture of steel.
