FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises section of pipeline with through opening in the wall and branch pipe welded to the pipeline above the branch pipe. The ultrasonic converter is set in the branch pipe, receives connecting wires, and is pressed to the branch pipe with a fastening nut. The valving member (ball cock) is mounted on the branch pipe with the thread provided on its outer side. The pipe of the converter enters the hollow mounting wrench whose bottom end is shaped into hexahedron corresponding to the hexahedral opening made in the fastening nut and permitting it to set into the opening. The screw with spring is set in the space of the wrench from above and is screwed on the end of the pipe when the ultrasonic converter is mounted or dismounted. The top chamber that receives the threaded rod with a handle is set in the top nut of the valving member with the use of a thread. The assembling wrench and rod are connected with the adapter through the stop screws. The adapter is mounted inside the sealing piston. The top end of the chamber is provided with a bearing secured to the chamber by means of a lock nut. The nut of the rod with a handle is set in the bearing.
