FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production and geological prospecting industries and is intended for injection of plugging material into a well when performing works on elimination of occurrences and open fountains. Disclosed is a plant for wellhead and well plugging, which includes a base frame, a plugging unit, a bypass channel, two pressure gauges and replaceable pipes with plugging material. At the same time the plugging unit is made of three supporting plates equipped with "legs"-stands – two extreme plates located at the plugging unit inlet and outlet, and the middle one, which are fixed to each other by means of four tie rods arranged at corners of plates and each equipped with nuts at the ends and two collars arranged between support plates of the middle and extreme ones, located at the outlet from it. Ends of collars on each pin are arranged from each other at equal distances from each other and spacer sleeves, equal in length and placed on pins between support plates of the middle and extreme, placed at the inlet of the plugging unit, at the same time in extreme support plates, in their holes, which are placed coaxially at the centre of the plates. As shut-off elements rigidly, by means of keys and nuts, are fixed hydraulically controlled ball valves, equipped from above with rotary vane motors and on the side of inlet to the plugging unit, and from the side of outlet from it with quick-release connections with external trapezoidal thread, as well as equipped with flanged side branches, in which axial channels of ball gates are additionally equipped with radial channels – holes of reduced diameter in relation to diameter of holes of axial channels, directed, at their working position in valve bodies, towards side outlets – into bypass channel tightly connected to side outlets of ball valves. In the hole of the middle plate coaxially to the axial channels of the ball valves and rigidly, by means of a key and a nut, a hydraulic cylinder with a two-rod hollow rod is fixed, equipped with a hydraulic lock and quick-release connections, one end of which is movably and tightly placed in the axial channel of the ball valve body, located at the inlet of the plugging unit, and on the other free end of the rod, equipped with an external conical thread, a socket with a mating internal conical thread is screwed, which free end is equipped with an internal lead-in cone and a sealing collar arranged in the end bore of the socket hole after its lead-in cone. Bypass channel is equipped with an insert with a central hole of the diameter reduced in relation to the hole of the bypass channel and a radial hole for communication with a pressure gauge connected to the insert. Axial channel of the ball valve body, located at the outlet of the plugging unit on the side of the middle support plate, is equipped with a free end with an external conical thread and in front of the ball valve of the valve, two radial holes are diametrically placed in the body, one of which is connected to the pressure gauge by means of an angular union connected to the ball valve body by welding, and the other is closed by the ball of the pressure screw screwed into the threaded hole of the ball valve body, located coaxially to the radial opening of the axial channel, and inner bore of threaded hole for pressure screw communicates with atmosphere by means of tangential hole directed towards frame-base. On the free end of the axial channel of the ball valve body with an external conical thread, a socket with a mating internal conical thread is screwed, the free end of which is equipped with an internal lead-in cone and a sealing collar placed in the end bore of the opening of the socket after the lead-in cone. Ends of replaceable nozzles are equipped with heads, free ends of which are equipped with external lead-in cones, mating internal lead-in cones, made in sockets located on free ends of hollow rod of hydraulic cylinder and body of ball valve, and annular rectangular grooves are additionally made on lead-in cones of heads to receive O-rings. One of the replaceable branch pipes with plugging material is freely arranged by the axial channel coaxially to the axial channels of the hollow rod of the hydraulic cylinder and the free end of the ball valve body, on two prisms, additionally installed coaxially by means of keys and fixed on the base frame support, and branch pipe heads are tightly fixed – clamped in seats of hollow rod of hydraulic cylinder and free end of axial channel of ball valve body arranged at plugging unit outlet.
EFFECT: minimum weight and size characteristics of the installation and expansion of technical means for pumping plugs into an emergency well with provision of reliable and objective control of pressure when pumping plugs into the well and before removal of empty nozzles, as well as easy control of the installation.
