FIELD: engineering of devices for finding ionizing radiations, in particular, detectors of ionizing radiations with nanotubes as sensitive elements.
SUBSTANCE: claimed detector of ionizing radiation contains electronic control block; body made of material which is transparent to ionizing radiation being measured; matrix of sensitive elements, positioned in the body in m rows n columns, where m and n - integer numbers, each sensitive element contains at least one nanotube and two electrodes, where ends of nanotubes of each sensitive element are connected to corresponding electrodes; films of isolating material, positioned in pairs on opposite sides of rows and columns of sensitive elements and meant for positioning contact elements and electric layout.
EFFECT: creation of detector of ionizing radiation, structural realization of which allows to ensure high spatial and angular resolution with preservation of low geometrical dimensions of detector which operates at low voltages, which allows visualization of resulting tracks of ionizing radiation and spectrum of energies of ionizing particles.
