Invention can be used in power engineering, in the creation of high-efficiency generators and electrical energy storage devices, in autonomous mobile miniature low-current power supplies used in microelectronic systems. Electrode is made in the form of a substrate on which a matrix of structures formed by arrays of vertically oriented carbon nanotubes coated with polyaniline containing atoms of the carbon isotope C-14 is formed.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the electrical characteristics of the supercapacitor and extend its service life.
