FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with mixing fat and an emulsifying agent. Moreover, as an emulsifying agent one should apply oleosorbitol-polyehylene glycolate at the volume of 10 drops/l emulsion. Prior to mixing, one should introduce a foam suppressor into the oil as flax seeds tincture obtained due to digesting flax seeds in boiled water at the ratio of 1:30 for 30 min. Then one should fulfill turbulent bubbling of the emulsion obtained. The innovation in question enables to obtain stable emulsion without foam formation and at high ozone concentration.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
