FIELD: oil and fat industry; veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and fat industry and veterinary medicine. An ozonized olive oil apparatus characterized in that it consists of a portable ozone generator connected to a silicone ozone supply tube leading to a glass U-shaped connecting tube provided with two Teflon stopcocks, which is divided into two branches, one of which is the silicone insertion tube defoamer with a funnel for introducing the defoamer, and the second - a silicone tube for supplying ozone into the flask, while each of the branches, if necessary, can be blocked with a tap, also the silicone tube for supplying ozone is connected to a glass tube for introducing ozone, fixed inside tightly - an adjacent rubber stopper, with a ceramic nozzle at the end, while the stopper closes the Erlenmeyer flask with oil, while the Erlenmeyer flask with tubes is installed on a metal base with a stand for the flask and supported with a tripod and a retainer for fishing line, and inside the cork there is a glass tube to remove ozone leading to a silicone tube to remove residual ozone, which in turn ends in an outlet funnel fixed on a cast-iron square stand , while as a ceramic nozzle, a finely dispersed ceramic nozzle of a spherical shape with a diameter of 20 mm is used. Method for producing ozonized olive oil, including the addition of 500 ml unrefined cold-pressed olive oil into an Erlenmeyer flask, connecting to a device for implementing the method for obtaining ozonized olive oil, subsequent sparging for 30 minutes with stirring every 10 minutes in order to knock down the foam and ensure uniform distribution of gas in the oil, after 30 minutes of sparging the oil is allowed to rest for 15 minutes, after which bubbling is carried out for another 30 minutes, followed by the repetition of this cycle 3 more times every 24 hours; in the period between manipulations, the oil is stored in a dry, dark and cool place.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of olive oil sparging with ozone-air mixture.
