SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food of special indication. The suggested variants deal with preparing the recipe components: one should chop, blanch and reduce cauliflower upon a roller, freeze and reduce the parsley greens and fresh grains of green peas upon a roller. Carrots should be blanched and reduced upon a roller. One should cut, roast in melted butter and reduce hen meat upon a roller. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with sugar, common salt, bone broth and a CO2-extract of hot black pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
