SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing snack canned food for cosmic nutrition. One should chop new white cabbage, freeze it and reduce upon a chopper; except this, trepang meat should be boiled and reduced upon a chopper; carrots and onions should be cut, fried in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper, smoked pork should be cut and reduced upon a chopper, the greens should be cut and reduced upon a chopper. The mentioned components should be mixed up with bone broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of a preset micromycete type biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes be then sealed and sterilized. The innovation helps to manufacture canned food being of higher digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
