FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dental implant, consisting of intraosseous porous cylindrical metal rubber bushing, is proposed. A metal rod is located inside a cylindrical cavity with a crown on the free end, with the intraosseous portion, where the implant is placed, is designed as a deaf smooth hole with an outer diameter less than the outer diameter of the metal rubber bushing. On the outer bushing surface, on the end used to enter the smooth hole during implant insertion, a taper lead is made, with smaller diameter slightly less than the diameter of this hole. The bushing end is made in the form of a sphere segment with a radius providing a good filling of the taper from under the drill in this hole. The metal rod consists of a head in the form of a sphere segment with flat spots taken from two opposite sides and a smooth cylindrical portion with a diameter smaller than the head diameter, embedded in the bushing body, and a free cylindrical portion with thread along its entire length, and the crown threaded hole is chamfered, or a smooth hole is made there, with the height selected based on provision of the required amount of tension along the bushing and crown ends. The implant itself is made as follows. A process extension with diameter exceeding the metal rod diameter by at least 11.5 mm is screwed onto÷ the metal rod. A spherical or cylindrical blank is formed by winding of a pre-skimmed helix made of cold-worked metal wire and stretched to a pitch equal to the spiral diameter onto the metal rod with the process extension intersecting in adjacent layers, so that the metal rod head is located inside the blank, or the spiral is laid as a mat with overlapping in adjacent layers. The mat is wound on the metal rod so that a cylindrical blank is formed. The blank is placed in a mould and pressed with polyurethane in radial and axial directions by two operations using cold pressing. In the first operation, the blank is pressed to such height that its end exceeds the smooth portion of the rod by several turns of thread of the rod threaded portion - to such a distance that no gaps were in the final moulded implant between the metal rod and the metal rubber bushing. The process extension is removed, and in the second operation, the blank is finally pressed in the same mould with new punches and polyurethane in the same directions. The finished implant is withdrawn from the mould and sent to the technician manufacturing dental crowns, who installs and fixes crown 10 tensioned on the metal rod threads and the metal rubber bushing end, and sends it to the dentist who installs the implant.
EFFECT: inventions allow to reduce traumatism, increase the strength of patient's jawbone when installing implants and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
