FIELD: dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to dentistry, and can be used in dental prosthetics. Dental implant comprises a conical pin with two types of threads, wherein quadruple thread is made on one part thereof with a pitch of 1.2 mm, a thread angle of 23 degrees, and a profile height of 1.5 mm; grooves for the removal of bone tissue and fluid are located perpendicular to the thread. Double thread with a pitch of 0.6 mm and an angle of inclination of 16 degrees is made in the upper part of the pin. The quadruple-thread part of the pin transitions into a smooth apical part with a gradually decreasing diameter of the apical part forming an arcuate surface. The diameter at the end of the apical part is not greater than 0.5 of the outer diameter of the quadruple thread, and the length of the apical part is at least 0.1 of the length of the quadruple-thread part of the implant.

EFFECT: lower trauma rate of the implant installation operation, even when bone tissue is insufficient, due to the structural characteristics of the implant.
