SUBSTANCE: the unit has a frame with longitudinal guides, working assembly installed on the longitudinal guides for reciprocate motion; cutting tools fastened in the working assembly and made in the form of sets consisting of milling cutters for machining the surface of the blank and circular saws for sawing the blank in two mutually-perpendicular planes; motors fastened in the working assembly for driving the cutting tools; blank center-drilling and fixing assembly; assembly for blank delivery to the area of engagement with the cutting tool, made in the form of cross-shaped clamping devices located on the lateral longitudinal sides of the frame, each of them forms a revolver-type casing holding from one to four blanks at a time, the blank fixing in the clamping assembly provides for turning the blank in any position by 180 deg relative to the blank longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: enhanced capacity of the machine and reduced power consumption for treatment of wood.
