Room module is installed so that the module is spaced apart from outer building frame walls. The spaces are covered in door and window opening areas of the module and that of building frame aligned with module openings along with room module connection with building frame. The gaps are filled with heater after room module installation inside building frame or heater is previously connected to inner building frame surface or to outer module surface.
