FIELD: construction units, particularly doors.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises case and rod inserted in the case and sliding in axial direction. The case with rod is arranged inside tension spring coils. Tension spring hooks are arranged in longitudinal slots at free ends thereof, namely in case and rod end pieces. Case, rod and tension spring are installed in tubular body fastened to door. One end of tubular body is provided with transition link. One of above end pieces is secured to transition link, another one has slide and is pivotally connected to door frame support through rocking arm. Case has hydraulic damping means providing smooth rod displacement during door closing. Device also has activation/deactivation mechanism including slide pivotally connected to the second end piece through pin. Latch with tooth formed at free end thereof is pivotally installed in slide groove. The latch may be brought into engagement with teeth at trailing edge.
EFFECT: improved service and technical properties.
