SUBSTANCE: proposed elevator is intended for storage of cars, vegetables, etc. Well 1 houses vertically displacing multilevel block 2 made up of horizontal cargo platforms arranged one above the other and rigidly interconnected. Said multilevel block is equipped with service level 3 rigidly secured there atop. Well tapered bottom section may be afloat depending upon the level of surrounding water to allow vertical displacement of said service level 2 and multilevel block 2 in and out of well, as well as displacement block 6 with shape elongated in vertical direction. Well tapered section is communicated with pressure and drain tanks 11, 12 via tubes 14 furnished with gate valves 15. To force water from drain tank 12 into pressure tank 11 hydraulic pump 22 with pressure tube 23 is used.
