FIELD: mining, particularly mines lined with frame supports made of special profile.
SUBSTANCE: shaft lagging comprises panel 1 having curvilinear cross-section and main reinforcement made of profiles 2 integrally connected with the panel 1. Lower side 3 of panel 1 extends along curvature radius R of support frame top 4. Upper panel side 5 is spaced equal distance from lower side 3 thereof. Side panel 1 surfaces have bevels 6 directed towards center of said support frame top curvature radius R so that extensions thereof define imaginary angle α in-between. Angle α magnitude corresponds to length of opposite circular arc defined by support frame top curvature radius R. Said opposite circular arc length is equal to lower panel side 3 width. Main reinforcement profiles 2 are located as close to upper panel side 5 as possible so that main cross-section areas thereof are spaced maximal possible distance from neutral line of shaft lagging. Panel 1 is made of material having specific weight less than that of concrete, namely of polymeric material having strength exceeding that of concrete.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics along with increased safety of maintenance staff operation.
