FIELD: transport engineering; transmissions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transmission consists of shaft 1 of propulsor installed in supports 2, thrust rings 3 secured on propulsor. Extreme rings are connected by lock 4 with halves of end face overrunning clutches 5. Disks 6 are provided with teeth to engage with teeth of clutches 8 shifted by mechanisms 9 and interlocking free travel of overrunning clutches 5. Overrunning clutch and clutch are arranged in one unit. Transmission contains drive shaft 10 with angle gear 12 engaging with gear 13 furnished with friction clutch 14 controlled by mechanism 15. Braking is provided by means of disk of brake 16. Shaft 1 of propulsor clamps and sets into action driven disks 6 through thrust rings 3 coupled through lock 4 with halves of overrunning clutches 5. To provide rotation of shaft 1 in opposite direction, teeth of disks 6 engage with teeth of clutches 8 shifted by mechanisms 9 for sliding along shaft 1 and keys 7. Shaft 1 is set into motion by drive shaft 10 through angle gear 12 meshing with gear 13 with friction clutch 14 controlled by mechanism 15.
EFFECT: reduced labor input and cost of production, improved repairability and improved performance characteristics.
