FIELD: drying technique, in particular, vibration driers used for drying of bulk and pasty materials in enterprises of various branches of industry such as chemical, food-processing and textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: vibration drier has casing fixed on frame equipped with vibration isolating devices, vibration activated inclined grid positioned within casing on inclined springs and connected with vibrator formed as crank mechanism with electric engine, sluice feeder, gas feeding system including guiding air duct for feeding of gas under grid along the entire length thereof, with gas being delivered therein under pressure through flexible connection between air duct and gas feeding section. In upper part of casing there are smoke exhaust for discharge of used gas and sluice feeder, and lower part of casing there is sluice discharge device. Hollow solid heating pipes rigidly staggered on vibration activated grid have diameter d and height h. Electric heating members located within said pipes are united into single chain and connected to relay for controlling their resistance.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying process.
