FIELD: water sports, ballasting and buoyancy balancing means for diver, and diver's equipment.
SUBSTANCE: balance-type zero buoyancy determining apparatus has hermetically sealed measuring cylinder with air reservoir equipped with scales provided from mid portion of vertical line of cylinder, said vertical line being used as zero mark at air and water media interface. Submersion is provided by means of counterweight equal in relative gravity to half the water replaced by water reservoir cylinder. Relative gravity of counterweight includes weight of cylinder with thickened lower end wherein pipe is screwed. Part of ballast lead is poured into pipe. Float serving as auxiliary device is submerged in controlled manner by flooding. Float stabilizes horizontal displacements of balance-type buoyancy determining apparatus on water surface to suppress wind-roughened water in front of cylinder.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in determining zero buoyancy of objects and diver under natural conditions, with difference in buoyant power and weight of physical bodies within water being taken into account.
