SUBSTANCE: device comprises cubic measuring air tank and buoyancy neutralizer made of a plate whose relative weight is equal numerically to the relative buoyancy of the tank. The mass of the housing of the tank together with its appliance are balanced up to the zero buoyancy by means of two small vertical balancing vessels arranged from both sides of the front wall of the vessel made of two handles provided with push-buttons for supplying and discharging water from the tank.
