FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves processing raw plant material having moisture content of 4.5-7.0% in microwave field at frequency of 2,450 MHz, specific power of 300-600 W/dm3, and exposure time of 30-90 s until final temperature of product reaches 55-80 C. Raw plant material used is walnut kernel and puppy and sesame seeds.
EFFECT: increased extent of disinfecting kernels and seeds of raw plant materials.
