SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and frying mushrooms in vegetable oil; cutting and blanching potato and celery root; blanching and cutting beet; cutting and freezing celery and parsley greens; cutting ham; mixing said components, without oxygen access, with acetic acid, edible salt and mustard; prepackaging resultant mixture and mayonnaise; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food as compared to similar culinary dish.
