SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and roasting meat and mushrooms in vegetable oil; cutting and blanching potatoes and celery root; blanching and cutting beet; cutting and freezing celery and parsley greens to mix the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with acetic acid, common salt and mustard. The mixture obtained and mayonnaise should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The canned food in question is of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
