FIELD: process for producing of meat-and-vegetable canned food for cosmic diet.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, blanching and grinding in grinder potato, dried pitted and halved apricot, vegetable pepper and bulb onion; freezing and grinding in grinder beans and greens; cutting and grinding in grinder mutton; mixing said components with bone soup, tomato paste, edible salt and CO2-extract of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet; prepackaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: wider range of novel canned food for cosmic diet having improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
