SUBSTANCE: at the state of rest it is necessary to detect the parameters of cardiac rhythm variability (CRV). The values of external respiration should be registered at the background of the test at addition of salbutamol at the dosage of 400 mcg. At CRV LF/HF > 1.5, VLF > 40%, Total < 2.5 sq. ms at the background of the gain of initially normal rate values of the function of external respiration in the test with salbutamol FEV1, PEF, FEF_{50%, 75%} ≥ 15% one should diagnose bronchial asthma. The innovation enables to carry out earlier prenosological diagnostics of bronchial asthma in sportsmen.
