FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there are involves a clinical electrocardiographic examination and an assessment of the autonomic regulation of the physiological functions by analysing a heart rate variability. The myocardial electrophysiological characteristics are examined by a dispersion mapping of the electrocardiogram. The cardiorespiratory system is examined according to the electrocardiogram and a pneumotachogram in a combination with conducting fixed respiration rate and longest inspiratory breatholding tests. That is followed by a psychophysiological testing involving measuring simple hand-eye reaction time with sequential signal presentation. The derived data collection is used to state the presence of one of three states, including 'physiological standard', 'adaptation mechanism tension', 'maladaptation and loss of adaptation'.
EFFECT: method enables the early detection of the signs of developing tension of the regulatory body systems and reduced functional reserve thereof.
