FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: concentration benzene, toluene, phenol and formaldehyde is determined in the chold's blood sample. If it exceeds the background value, functional and laboratory parameters are determined. The following is determined as the functional parameters: myocardium electrophysiological function, heart rate variability, heart contractile function and intracardiac hemodynamics, valvular function. The following is determined as laboratory parameters: white blood cells level, level of antioxidant activity AOA, malondialdehyde MDA, high-sensitive C-reactive protein, and apolipoproteins. In case of sinus bradycardia/tachycardia, eutonic initial vegetative tonus, accompanied by predominating activity of the autonomic nervous system parasympathetic division, asympathicotonic/hypersympathicotonic reactivity, increase in systolic blood pressure in the pulmonary artery, transient right ventricular diastolic dysfunction, as well as in case of white blood cell excess by 20% and more, MDA - 1.3 times or more, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein - 1.8 times or more, reduction of AOA 1.2 times or more and at increased apolipoprotein A1 and decreased "apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A1" factor relative to the physiological age norm, morphofunctional myocardium disorders are diagnised for children older than 5 years with bronchopulmonary diseases associated with exposure to benzene, toluene, phenol and formaldehyde.
EFFECT: method provides reliable and informative diagnosis of morphofunctional myocardium disorders, timely treatment and prevention of complications development by assessing the most significant functional and laboratory parameters.
