SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to psychophysiology, sports physiology and sports medicine, and can be used for a comprehensive assessment of the functional state and level of functional preparedness of hockey players. Measurements are conducted in three blocks: "Mental status", "Psycho-physiological status and level of development of psychomotor abilities", "Functional state of the cardiovascular system and the level of aerobic endurance". Next, all the indicators are evaluated in accordance with table 3 contained in the description. Moreover, the determination of the type of functional state and level of functional readiness is determined by the largest representation in quantitative terms of a grade color for each block and a set of 3 blocks in general.

EFFECT: method allows to objectively evaluate the functional state and level of functional preparedness of hockey players, to make recommendations for correction of the training process and sports selection due to the assessment of a complex of the most significant indicators.
