FIELD: medicine, in particular, occupational and professional disease hygiene, more particular, method which may be used in objective choosing of stuff by the level of development of psycho-physiological coefficient.

SUBSTANCE: method involves offering psycho-physiological procedures and personality tests to individuals under test; registering and analyzing psycho-physiological data; defining in the group of individuals under test those judged as professionally successful when their development coefficients are beyond norm; plotting integral distribution law of such individuals and determining error threshold value; dividing group of individuals passing through the same complex of procedures into professionally suitable and unsuitable on the basis of said value; preliminarily providing ranging by experts of professionally significant capabilities by extent of importance of these capabilities for the given profession; for these capabilities, determining number of individuals under test having psycho-physiological coefficient results exceeding norms with more strict value set at the level of 75^th or 25^th percentiles depending on whether smaller or greater coefficient value corresponds to maximum best development of capability; plotting integral distribution law by summing up individuals under test who turned out to fail with regard to all psycho-physiological coefficients.

EFFECT: increased precision and enhanced reliability in choosing of highly professional stuff with selected complex of procedures and personality tests.
