The testing result analysis and processing unit consists of a testing result database connected to the inputs of units for processing the results of testing personal qualities, intellectual qualities and psychophysiological qualities. The outputs of the result processing units are connected to the inputs of units for standard evaluation scales for personal qualities, intellectual qualities and psychophysiological qualities, the outputs of which are connected to the input of an unit for integral evaluation of testing results, connected to an user selection unit with a data output channel. The module for developing professionally important qualities of engineers consists of an unit for selecting training exercises, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of units for training personal qualities, intellectual qualities and psychophysiological qualities, connected via the input/output to an unit for monitoring the execution of training exercises, connected to a training result database with a testing result output channel. The training criteria databases are connected to the unit for monitoring the execution of training exercises. The user data input channel is the input of the system, and the units for testing personal qualities, intellectual qualities and psychophysiological qualities are the output of the testing module. The testing result database is the input of the testing result analysis and processing module and its output is the user selection unit. The unit for selecting training exercises is the input of the module developing professionally important qualities of engineers. The training result database with a testing result output channel is the output of the system.

EFFECT: invention improves the level of evaluating professional competency and the quality of training engineers by identifying and forming, in a given category of engineers, the qualities which do not meet requirements for professional suitability thereof.
