FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to aviation medicine, and can be used to predict the risk of developing prenosological neurodegenerative processes in civil aviation pilots. Advantage of the method consists in quantitative standardization of the effect on the body of flight labor factors using the author's integral indicator - flight load index (FLI). Method is simple and accessible in setting up the study and is practical to use, cheap, enables to increase the accuracy of prediction of the development of prenosological neurodegenerative processes by obtaining an individual profile of a specific pilot and the possibility of forming relatively homogeneous risk groups, using the obtained data during preventive examinations in order to form individual programs and to carry out effective preventive and rehabilitation measures at the stage of prenosological manifestation of neurodegenerative processes. Method makes it possible to carry out expert assessment of adaptation reserves in pilots of civil aviation, to perform early assessment of risk of development of pre-nosological neurodegenerative processes with evident influence of flight-lifting factors and adjust the flight load depending on the safety of individual adaptation reserves. Significance of the invention lies in the fact that the method enables: 1) to obtain an individual risk profile of a specific person being tested; 2) form relatively homogeneous risk groups; 3) use the obtained data during preventive examinations in order to form individual flight programs; 4) to carry out effective preventive and rehabilitation measures at the stage of preclinical manifestation of neurodegenerative processes.
EFFECT: method provides prevention of neurodegenerative processes and promotes longer working capacity and quality of life of pilots.
