SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. A surgical incision is performed. Injured tissues of an acromioclavicular joint are removed. A deformed distal end of a clavicle is resected. A vertical channel is drilled in the clavicle and in an acromion. At first, tape loops are delivered through the channel in the clavicle bottom-up with a knot seizure in a lower hole of the channel, and then through the channel in the acromion bottom-up. The tape loops is dissected transversely. A cranial brephotransplant with its bone surface is fixed to an exposed end of the clavicle, and with a dura mater - to the acromion. If observing the deformed acromion, its articular surface is exposed to a bone, and the brephotransplant facing by its brain tunic to the clavicle is fixed with the bone surface. After clavicle reduction, the tape loops are tied together over the acromion in a knot exceeding the channel in the acromion seized in the channel hole.

EFFECT: method provides disturbed joint function recovery, created optimal conditions for articular surface formation.
