FIELD: medicine, juvenile surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation could be applied when prolonged conservative therapy of chronic constipations doesn't lead to the reconstruction of normal passage along intestine during several years. In children in case of dolichosigmoid it is important to fulfill the access to sigmoid flexure to remove it completely between descending colon and colon pelwinum followed by applying "end-to-end" anastomosis of these parts. The innovation enables to avoid repeated surgical interference due to radical removal of failed sigmoid flexure (from the point of view of innervation).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
