FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be used to treat Hirschsprung disease in children. Laparatomy access to the abdominal cavity is done. Abnormal section of sigmoid and rectum is mobilized. Rectum is cross-stitched and crossed at the level of transitional fold of the peritoneum with formation of the distal rectal stump. Distal stump is sealed with a serous-muscular suture. Tunnel between the sacrum and posterior wall of the rectum is formed. Posterior wall of the rectum is transversely cut by 2-2.5 cm proximal to the anal sphincter. Abnormal section of the intestines is lowered into the formed tunnel, excised to the level of the upper boundary of the abnormal section. Anastomosis "end-to-side" of the large intestine and rectum is applied. Extensive endorectal correction of the anastomosis is carried out by applying a compressive wire clip made of nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory effect onto the proximal adjacent walls of the colostrum anastomosis and exposure of its action to adhesively necrotizing completion and self-evacuation.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the patient's life quality in the postoperative period.
