FIELD: medicine, in particular, endoscopy, more particular, technique for treating patients with duodenal ulcerous hemorrhage, complications after gastric resection and for closure of duodenum perforated ulcer, and also may be used in case of complications, in particular, hemorrhages after endoscopic papillo-sphincterectomy.

SUBSTANCE: hemostatic enteral probe has two double-lumen pipes, hemostatic cylinder, and device designed for introducing of probe into duodenal bulb and made as loop formed from synthetic thread, said device being positioned in front of cylinder. Outer pipe having length of 130 cm is adapted for introducing therein of inner pipe having length of 150 cm and provided with mark at a distance of 130 cm. Cylinder is put onto outer pipe. Additional loop of synthetic thread is placed rearward of cylinder, at a distance of 1.0-1.5 cm, for correcting position of probe within intestine. There are provided at least three 0.3-0.5 cm sized staggered openings spaced from cylinder by a distance of 5.0-7.0 cm and spaced from one another by a distance of 1 cm. Opening provided forward of cylinder is formed at end of outer pipe. Outer pipe wall comprises insert-type channel formed as microtube having one end joined to cylinder and other end joined to connector.

EFFECT: provision for duodenal ulcerous hemostasis and simultaneously for enabling active early enteral therapy for patients with duodenal ulcerous hemorrhages.
