FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for surgical treatment of duodenal ulcer. Distal gastrectomy is performed. Intestine is transected above and below the ulcer. Fragment of intestine above ulcer is dissected longitudinally. Upper and lower flaps are formed, demucosation is performed, laid on an ulcer, duplication is formed, fixed with U-sutures. Initial portion of the distal fragment of the intestine is mobilized in a parietal approach. Seromuscular layer is separated from submucosal mucosa within 4–6 mm from intestinal edge. Submucosal mucosa layer and seromuscular U-shaped sutures are closed in layers, the external row of sutures being displaced relative to the internal one in the frontal plane.
EFFECT: method provides tightness, conditions for tissue regeneration.
