FIELD: medicine, ORL-oncology. SUBSTANCE: pre- and paratracheal fiber is resected. A tracheal bed is formed. Trachea is put into this bed. It is conducted an incision between the tracheal half circles in its anterior part by developing a tongue-like fragment out of membranous part. Then trachea, by not puncturing its wall, is fixed at the level of 4-5 half circles towards the fourth fascia, anterior muscles of the neck and episternumcovering tissues. After that, a free tracheal end is resected from both sides at the depth of two half circles and triangular cutaneous fragments are sutured into these incisions. The method enables to save tracheal carcass structure. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 1 cl, 1 ex
