FIELD: chemical industry; food-processing industry; other industries; production of the filter-presses for filtration of the suspensions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the filter-presses for filtration of the suspensions and may be used in the chemical industry, the food-processing industry, and also at the treatment of the waste waters. The filter-press contains the front and rear poles connected among themselves by the upper beam, on which the filter plates and the pressure plate are suspended. The plates are equipped with the filtering fabrics. On the upper beam also there is the flushing device, in which framework the pipe with the nozzles is located. The pipe is installed with the capability of movement upwards and downwards along the vertical surfaces of the filtering fabrics. The filter plates position fixer is suspended by the rods and springs to the framework of the flushing device. At the recuperation of the filtering fabrics the pipe is introduced into the treated spacing between the filter plates and is moving along the filtering fabrics, flushing the pollutions away from them by the water exiting under pressure from the nozzles. Simultaneously the flushing device fixes the lower edges of the filter plates hindering their swinging. The technical result of the invention is prevention of the swinging of the plates of the filter-press at the water flushing and protection of the attending personnel and the equipment against the sprinkling by the flushing water jets.

EFFECT: the invention ensures prevention of the swinging of the plates of the filter-press at the water flushing and protection of the attending personnel and the equipment against the sprinkling by the flushing water jets.
