FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of cast irons. Proposed cast iron comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: carbon, 3.0-3.5; silicon, 1.5-2.0; manganese, 1.5-2.0; phosphorus, 0.1-0.2; sulfur, 0.03-0.05; boron, 0.01-0.03; chrome, 1.5-2.0; titanium, 0.05-0.15; nitrogen, 0.1-0.2, and iron, the balance. Using the invention provides enhancing abrasion resistance of cast iron.
EFFECT: improved and valuable property of cast iron.
