FIELD: antifriction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in manufacture of heavy-duty slider bearings in mechanical engineering, sheep building, aircraft industry, and other technical fields. Provided is binding agent comprising phenol-formaldehyde resin and organic solvent, wherein said phenol-formaldehyde resin (10.0-12.0%) is of resol type and low-molecular weight alkykphenolamine resin and butadiene-nitrile rubber are additionally included in amounts 11.0-14.0 and 6.0-7.0%, respectively, organic solvent being ethyl acetate, acetone, or butyl acetate and used in balancing proportion. Invention also provides a prepregs including described binder (14-24%) and woven extender (76-86%) consisting of outer layer made of polytetrafluoroethylene threads interlaced with inner layer made of high-strength high-modulus polyimide fibers.
EFFECT: reduced coefficient of friction for articles operated under high specific loads and increased their resistance to detach from metal.
