FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: antifriction organoplastic prepreg contains the following in wt %: 15-24 phenol-rubber binder and 76-85 textile filler. Filler consists of an outer layer made from polytetrafluoroethylene fibres meshed with the inner layer made from untwisted neutral Rusar aramide fibres with norminal linear density of 14.3; 29.4; 58.8 tex, breaking tenacity of not less than 210 cN/tex and breaking elongation of not less than 2.6%. The corresponding article is moulded from the said prepreg.
EFFECT: high peeling strength of the article from metal and specific load capacity with retention of high level of antifriction properties.
